Rebecca

Apprentice Colour TECHNICIAN

  • Rebecca, hailing from Bromley, Kent, has seamlessly combined her passion for creativity, beauty, and hands-on work to become a notable force in the apprentice team. Raised on a smallholding, her love for animals and rural life remains central, and she spends her free time caring for them, before diving into her hair and beauty career, Rebecca thrived in competitive horse riding, quickly rising to the top.

Her career in our industry began at age 14 as a “Saturday Girl” in a local salon, where she discovered her talent for hair and beauty—a passion fueled by her mother, a former hairdresser and beauty therapist. By 17, Rebecca had completed her formal training at TLT Academy, mastering everything from technical color theory to advanced styling techniques. Her growth continued when she joined Richard Ward’s team, where her skills flourished through the vardering process. Her talent and dedication earned her the coveted Junior Show award and the title of Head Junior—a significant milestone.

Rebecca’s clients appreciate her down-to-earth approach, attentiveness, and dedication to achieving their ideal look. As part of Richard Ward’s talented team, she brings her passion, skill, and creativity to every client, turning visions into stunning realities with each service.
